I bought the blue one and it brings back memories of my grandma's spread. Altho I purchased it for a queen I chose to buy a king spread based on what others said about it being smaller but alas it is too wide (about 7 inches) though perfect in length. I susppose it all depends on how high your bed sits. This will give me leeway if I get a new bed or if the spread shrinks when washed. It is very light in weight so perfect for summer or if you are not looking for added warmth. EDIT on 8/25/10 I had to change from 4 to 2 stars. Reason: not only does it pull extremely easy I washed it one time and it started coming apart. I have been using it as a pallet for my grandgirls to have picnics on in the floor. To me it is a total waste of money. |
